- How is CFO COPILOT affordable for an SME?
- Plans start free and the SME tier is ₹199 per month (₹1,990 billed annually — two months free). There are no setup fees, no implementation consultants and no annual lock-in. You can move between plans at any time and changes are prorated.
- What file formats can I upload?
- Excel workbooks (.xlsx, .xls) and CSV files exported from Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, SAP or your own management pack. Columns such as period, account, business unit, actual, budget and forecast are matched automatically, and you can download our driver-based budgeting template as a starting point.
- Is my financial data secure?
- Your workbook is parsed in your browser, and nothing is stored unless you choose to save a workspace. Saved workspaces are protected by row-level security so only your account can read them, and every upload is logged in an audit trail with data-quality checks.
- What happens after I sign up for early access?
- You get an immediate acknowledgement of your request, then an invite email with a short onboarding guide and an early-access discount on the Pro plan. You do not have to wait — you can create a free Standard account now and start analysing your financials straight away.
- Do I need a card to start?
- No. The Standard plan is free forever and needs no card. You only enter payment details when you choose to upgrade to Pro or Business.
